Booking policy
The use of these services implies full acceptance of GRUPO AGORA’s Booking Policy and Privacy Policy.
BOOKING OUR RESTAURANT
To pre-book, you must provide all the information requested regarding the day and time you wish to visit the establishment, the number of diners and a contact person. You must also provide a credit/debit card number from which we will charge of fifty euros per table (50 €/table reserved) will be charged as a guarantee of the reservation. This amount will be deducted from the final ticket. The transmission of your card data will be done through the Redsys secure payment platform. Once the booking has been requested, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided on the booking form. If you do not receive the email, please contact the establishment. Any booking that has not been duly confirmed will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel or modify your booking at any time by contacting the restaurant directly. In the event of a no-show without 24 hours’ notice, the amount charged as a guarantee of the reservation will not be refunded. The established waiting time for late bookings is 15 minutes. Once this time has been exceeded, we will understand that the reservation has been cancelled. If you came to the establishment with more diners than those indicated in your reservation, the restaurant is not committed to attend your reservation. If the establishment is unable to honor a duly confirmed booking for reasons attributable to the establishment or due to force majeure, the deposit will be refunded.
